2023 Youth Group Retreat

The youth of our church had the opportunity to go up north and spend time getting to know each other while learning about God.  They had so much fun fishing together and saw God in the water, in the sunset, and even in the fish that they caught.

Our mission for the youth programs is to provide a space for the youth to grow personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Connecting with God is a fundamental part of what we do, but we need to do more than that. Learning about those in our community, people who are just like us, helps us grow closer to God. Spending time with those of the same age gives each youth the opportunity to speak up for themselves and the confidence to help others do the same.

Our youth group attends this retreat for that exact reason. While getting to know each other, away from other distractions, they get to know more about themselves and about the God we serve.

Our goal is to continue this growth program for years to come. I hope your youth can join us next time!
